Senior Finance Business Partner

We have a great opportunity to join the business as a senior finance business partner. In this role, you will use financial analysis to facilitate change by working closely with and providing a service to operational departments across Castle Trust Bank, including our Omni Retail Finance, Savings and Property divisions. You will provide targeted strategic insights across every department of a business and base these insights on analysis of operational performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends and the competitor landscape.

Requirements

You will be a qualified accountant with financial services experience, preferably from within banking, and will have proven experience of partnering with key stakeholders to identify solutions. You will be a technical expert in financial modeling and data management, with in depth understanding of best practice in terms of data usage, financial planning, and management reporting. You will specifically be able to demonstrate your previous experience of IFRS 9 impairment and database modeling.
