We are currently working with one of the best Quant / Systematic Hedge Funds globally who are building out their London team. Known for hiring the brightest people in the industry, they are going through an extensive period of growth and so are looking to add to their Trading Operations team.
The role will sit on the Trading desk and act as an intermediary between the Traders and Operations teams, both in London and the New York offices. The company operates around the clock trading a broad range of financial products including Equities, Futures, Commodities, Options, Bonds and Currencies. This is an analytical role that will involve having to think on your feet and solve problems in a time sensitive environment, hence the need for someone with top academics.

Familiarity with industry terminology, trading concepts and data management technologies (e.g. VBA/SQL) are a plus but are not essential. Teaching and learning are central to the companies culture and employees have access to the required training and material through classes, mentoring and discussion.
- Bachelor's Degree from a Top Tier University
- Experience in a similar role (e.g. Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support)
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and presence.
- Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
