About the role

The Regional Primary Care Lead will provide nursing and Allied Health Professional (AHP) leadership within the Region, in order to consistently develop and maintain high quality, safe and cost effective primary care services to our patients.

With the support of the Regional/Deputy Regional Managers, the Regional Primary Care Quality Lead will provide leadership to our primary care teams locally, supporting the network of clinical leads within the Midlands region.

The Midlands region currently covers prison in the counties of Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Derbyshire travel between these sites will be essential. The role will be home based with travel required across the Staffordshire / Worcestershire HMP sites.

A little bit about you...

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (adult) with a specialist qualification relevant to our Health in Justice Services or equivalent experience within primary care. You will have experience of leading teams. You must be able to work with the teams including Nursing and Allied Health Professionals in a fast paced environment and assist with teaching and development of our teams.
