M&A Associate Director - Healthcare

We're pleased to be helping an established and successful M&A team find an Associate Director to join them, focusing on Health and Social Care transactions.

Day to day you will be working on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, involving public and private companies, and non-profit health and social care organisation, with transaction sizes upto c.£500m. You will be advising on acquisitions, disposals, and fundraisings, working with corporates, private shareholders, charities, private equity funders and REITs.

You will have a strong track record of advising clients on buy-side/sell-side transactions and have led a number of projects from origination through to completion. Ideally you will have had experience working on health/social care transactions although candidates with a keen interest in the sector will be considered.
