Location: Anywhere in the UK

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year (Pro rata)

Benefits: Flexible working hours, location independence and an opportunity to grow your own team

Hours of work: Beginning with 16 hours per week with an ambition to increase from there

Reporting to: Directly to the business owner

Batur Digital is a global growth agency, helping clients in professional service industries to expand their presence in new markets and territories. Our teams consist of location independent, digital nomads from all over the world, as well as dedicated partners in the UK.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support us in a wide range of projects as our company and client base continues to grow. The diverse role, will require an individual capable of leading SEO Strategies, copy writing and managing email marketing campaigns.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the UK based clients, executing digital marketing campaigns and ultimately working to deliver innovative and exciting projects. The position will be supported and overseen by a project manager, however with this being a remote position we require a self starter who is confident to work independently.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to step away from a typical digital agency to transition into an online working environment with teams in the UK, Indonesia, Philippines and more.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including audience targeting and messaging
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies
  • Collaborating with client teams to optimise website experience
  • Maintaining multiple brands social media presence across Linkedin and Instagram
  • Writing website copy, email newsletters and social posts
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Creating detailed and well articulated client proposals and partaking in pitches

Required experience:

  • Worked in a digital agency setting for 5+ years
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO growth strategies
  • Confident with marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Wordpress, Hubspot
  • Worked in or served the B2B professional service industry in a marketing capacity
  • Experience devising digital campaigns and writing targeted content
  • Confident in client services and time management
