Finance Commercial Analyst - Retail

Our client is one of the UK's largest consumer retail store chains who are in the process of a signifcant period of growth. As such, we are seeking an influential and highly commercial Finance Analyst to provide commercial decision support to the business partnering teams and help develop financial modelling tools to aid the analysis of revenue creation opportunities across their key categories and multiple routes to market.

The key deliverables will be to:

• Support transformation team on key projects
• Develop robust and accurate financial modelling tools and insightful analysis across the brand with a focus on revenue growth
• Deliver scenario planning analysis to identify and assess commercial opportunities and ROI
• Business Partner with internal and external individuals providing indepth analysis

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree or qualification in finance / accounting
• Ideally experience of finance business partnering within a consumer or retail brands business model
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis concepts and strategic planning

NOTE: Given Covid related restrictions this role will be working remotely until offices reopen full time, and then the candiadte will be required to commute to the head offices in Brentwood, Essex
