My client is a young and dynamic finance company providing tailor-made asset finance to SMEs across a broad spectrum of industries, to help them purchase equipment, free up working capital and invest in growth. They pride themselves on the speed and quality of their lending decisions and by providing flexible finance options, they aim to empower companies to realise their potential - to grow, prosper and flourish.

Right now, they're looking to hire a new, ambitious, hard-working and creative communications manager to join their growing team. You must come with a genuine passion for creating engagement internally and externally. Day to day, you'll be developing effective communication strategies that build staff engagement, brand awareness and customer attraction and retention. You'll also be hands on developing high quality communication materials like newsletters, social content and press releases. Plus manage relationships with key media players to secure media coverage.

The business has a strong vision for the future and they need an creation and original Communications manager, who'll make a big difference to the business, bringing new ideas to life and ensuring their message gets out.
