Technical AEM Business Analyst - London UK

DescriptionAs a Senior AEM Technical Business Analyst you will help drive technical solutions for the business, providing an effective link between the business and IT, engaging stakeholders, consulting customers and improving performance across various digital products and vendor platforms.

This role will involve engaging stakeholders and the business to elicit requirements and drive solutions. Collaborate across a wide range of customers and domains to ensure successful delivery of software development projects. You will lead workshops and champion Scrum on projects. Design strategic solutions to support the long-term goals of the business. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks, assist in the writing of business cases and gathering of requirements across key customers. Design and optimise business processes and team communications, help teams adhere to agreed processes and timelines.

Requirements

• Collaborative, team players with excellent communication.
• Technology, Digital & UX experience is highly regarded
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). CMS, DAM and CRM Experience is essential
• Analytical and creative thinker with practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact across a wide variety of stakeholders, business and technical executives.
• Project and Product Management experience is highly regarded.
• Scrum/Agile exposure.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assisting in projects to be delivered within scope and within budget
