WeAre8 is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in London that will work with us on building our digital acquisition funnels for our B2B brand buying engine.

This role requires strong experience building consumer brands, app growth and digital marketing optimisation. Being a certified B Corp, we believe that media can be a force for good and our team is motivated to deliver strong results for our clients all while enabling massive social impact.

Your role as our Senior Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) will involve:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and any other advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Establish all inputs into digital acquisition funnels.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise brand experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end brand experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise B2B funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Our ideal Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and B2B funnels
  • Experience with acquisition for app based platforms
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Have experience in visualisation tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Qlikview/Spotfire
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords, LinkedIn and/or Facebook campaigns
  • Base knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints (not essential)
  • Base experience using languages/tools/databases such as SQL, PL/SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Be a strong communicator with experience in working effectively across cross-functional teams
