Community Registered Nurse Grade: Band 6 equivalent Salary: £31,500.00 - £38,500.00 (pro rata & excluding London weighting)

HomeLink Healthcare are looking for fantastic Community Nurse to work in our innovative services in Norfolk. Perfect for those living in Norfolk or willing to travel to Norfolk (*your accommodation and travel can be paid).
Community Nurse Key responsibilities:
As a Community Nurse you will possess excellent... clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.
Skills and responsibilities expected of a Community Nurse:
· Superb clinical skills
· NMC registration
· Full driving licence
· Flexible and adaptable
· Experience as a lone worker
· Registration paid
· Excellent communication skills
· Enjoys challenges and learning
· Clinical leadership skills (bonus but not essential)
*Community Nurse candidates must have a valid NMC Pin Number. Our staff work flexibly across the community as required. All shifts are 8 hour shifts and can be hours to suit the individual. HomeLink provide a service from 07.00 - 22.00 hours, including weekends.
Reports to: Clinical Lead Accountable to: Director of Clinical Services

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and work closely alongside commissioners, Acute NHS Trusts, GP practices and existing service providers.
