Communications Project Executive (8 month fixed term position)
Cambridge, Head Office
As Project Communications Executive at The Cambridge you'll have an amazing opportunity to create and implement a broad range of communications, working with team members across the Society on exciting change projects
You'll be based within a busy Marketing Team, be managing your own comms plans and co-ordinating with the wider team to deliver skilful and meaningful communications
Needless to say, but you need to be awesome at writing, have superb attention to detail and be able to listen and interpret project information into 'customer' language

Salary and working hours
Salary £24,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
What you'll be doing be doing day-to-day?
You will be managing a project communications plan that compliments the Marketing Leads broader Communications Plan.
You'll co-ordinate a range of messages across different customer touch points and internal platforms to ensure smooth and timely delivery
As a brand guardian you will ensure that our tone of voice, messaging and identity is consistent across all of your communications
You will listen and interpret information to develop customer first communications that bring new exciting changes to life
Work with our creative agency to amend existing and create new project related marketing materials
Be responsible for creating content for your projects across a range of channels from postal to social media and the web
You will be someone that:
Is highly organised with the ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
Has an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Is proficient at interpreting a brief and developing content that informs your audience in a clear and concise manner
Has a confident, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to relevant audiences.
Works well under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines to manage
