Professional Product - Customer Relationship Manager.
Ins-sure Services Limited (XIS) is part of a Joint Venture (between DXC and Customers). XIS was formed in 2001 by bringing together the back-office processing services historically provided to the Lloyd's Market. XIS is responsible for the provision of premium processing services to the Lloyd's Market and London Companies Market. XIS also provides premium settlement as well as claims processing and settlement services to the London Companies Market.
Xchanging Claims Services Limited (XCS) is also part of a Joint Venture (between DXC and Customers). XCS was formed in November 2001 to replace the Lloyd's Claims Office. XCS is responsible for the provision of claims processing services to the Lloyd's market.

This role is required by XIS.
This role will initially be placed within the Customer Relationship team.
The role will require customer interaction, analysis of client business requirements, ownership and maintenance of customer account plans, acting as entry point for customers into Xchanging and DXC for services, running monthly customer service reviews and acting as key customer contact point.
Experience of London Market business processing is required for this role. Training will be provided on specific Xchanging capabilities
Essential Job Functions
Assists in analysing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical and product teams
Leads monthly customer service review meetings
Owns and maintains the customer account strategy
Brings the product and technical teams' offerings to the customers in support of the account plan strategic objective
Acts as customer entry point to Xchanging and DXC services
Essential - 2-3 years' experience in London Market business processing (Premium, Policy or Claims)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
Experience working with business processes and/or re-engineering
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Presentation skills to communicate with management and customers
Personal computer and business solutions software skills
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members and the ability to multitask
Willingness to travel
