Leading digital organisation based in an excellent location are looking to add a UC Engineer to their established team. Looking for an engineer who has a strong UC background in areas like Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, Cisco Jabber etc. Also, a good grounding within networking (switching/routing and ideally some network security knowledge)

Lots of project work available along with opportunity to get involved in areas like AWS and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Responsibilities / Essential Skills

• Ensuring maximum availability, integrity and performance of the Unified Communications & Network infrastructure.
• Acting as the technical lead for all Unified Communications & Networking.
• In addition to the above, you'll have plenty of opportunity to support project pipeline which includes the roll out of meeting room technology and other critical networking projects.
• Strong Cisco skills including experience in areas such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, Cisco Jabber.
• Good grounding withing networking
• Ideally some experience within networking security such as Extreme, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto etc
• Collaborate with the wider teams such as security, devops, development
