You will be working closely with our Sales Team, supporting the business to reinforce its position as a thought leader and the go-to Microsoft Cloud solution provider in the UK. You will be eager to build on past achievements and help us prepare for future trends to propel business growth and visibility.
You will coordinate our digital lead-generation strategy, which will involve digital inbound marketing, including social media and our website. With a goal to attract more organic leads for the Sales Team, contribute to the attraction of passive talent and to build on our reputation as digital transformation specialists and experts in Azure, O365, Cloud Security and Edge management. This will be through a mix of micro and macro content, which will help us to stand out in the Microsoft community.
This role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial flair, who is confident staying ahead of the curve. You will support and coach others to shine with their unique content, which falls in line with our company-wide brand and the digital strategy you have developed. You will have a strategic approach analysing and measuring what works in the industry and what our target markets current needs are.
As we are a scale-up, we need someone who has the drive to develop their career, our teams and our approach to achieve far above the ground efforts and produce material results. You need to be highly adaptable to change, innovative and have a demonstrable ability to work primarily on your initiative. It is also essential that you enjoy continuous development, growth and progression, we are a fast-paced scale-up after all. You will have experience:
· Developing a company-wide lead generation strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director
· Creating an organic content strategy
· Editing written and video content
· Organising and coordinating a team
· Analysing content success
· Delivering projects and campaigns which have increased brand awareness and resulted in increased lead generation
· A proven connector through organic social media and other mediums
· Prior experience in a scale-up technology company a plus
· Campaign management
· CopywritingYou will also have experience in or be willing to learn:
- WordPress to help us to grow the EXG blog and keep our website up to date
- Canva to create adverts and company stories
- Adobe (AI, PS, ID)
You will be working closely with the Sales Team, meaning you will have the ability to make and introduce some significant changes to the way we deliver.
