Helping Passion Communities Thrive

About Disciple:

Disciple empowers brands and creators to build independent communities of true value. We are capitalising on the global trend for citizens, brands and creators to engage in single interest, passion communities alongside social media. This shift is being driven by the online world's move from an attention economy to a passion economy.

Disciple is a platform for building and managing online, branded networks and communities. All our customers have one thing in common - a shared passion and a desire to nurture their community on a social platform they define and they control.

The role:

This role is perfect for an ambitious newly qual accountant to take on and own the day-to-day finance function of a fast growing startup. We have put a strong finance function in place, and now it's time to grow the team, get even better and prepare for the next growth phase of the Company.

As the business grows we will outgrow our current processes and there is huge scope for being a key part of significant process improvement and system implementation projects.

There will also be plenty of exposure to the wider company providing business partner support on a wide range of projects, from developing and rolling out new pricing structures to advising on new monetisation features for our hosts.

With 150% growth in 2020 and the same expected in 2021 this is the ideal opportunity to join Disciple and help us build out our operations team.
