Our client is a market leading consumer electronics business who supply and manufacture office electrical equipment to major projects around the globe. As the business continues to grow the need for additional technical support is required. This newly created position of Technical Manager will be the conduit between the business and the customer. This person will have a strong electronics background, knowledge of a range of British standards, ability to produce and interpret technical drawings while also being a hands-on manager.
Detailed duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
·Provide expert technical support to the busines based on current legislation, regulatory and technical expertise on a range of office based electrical products.
·Provide advice to new customers in relation to the design and build of major office projects in the UK and globally.
· Can demonstrate and work effectively with the wider business.
· Such as the sales, design and installations team.
· A strong leader who will offer support, guidance and career growth to a team of electrical professionals.
·Superb communication skills, commercially minded and engaging.
