The Role:

We are looking for a MarTech Solutions Architect to join the Digital Growth team and drive our growth and innovation roadmap. The MarTech Solutions Architect will play a vital role in expanding Hogarth's MarTech capabilities and driving new business. Hogarth Digital brings together the best of our digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their marketing. As part of this group, you'll join a global team working on everything from marketing automation, experience management, end to end marketing solutions, production workflows and MRM systems. You'll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our EMEA firm.

Key Responsibilities:

· You will participate in preparing of solution proposals and define the technology solution architecture bringing together our production technology and client's marketing technology stack.

· You will define the strategy, roadmap and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT

· You will partner with client's marketing technology teams to enable digital marketing across web, mobile, email, DMP, analytics, reporting, personalization, decisioning, testing, display, search and social ad platforms

· As part of the growth team, lead innovation initiatives, drive the initiative roadmap &, guide implementation teams

· Being at the cutting edge of Digital technology trends and expertise in digital marketing assets across channels

· Ability to define solution architecture that integrates with Hogarth's MRM platform to enable seamless delivery of marketing assets from brief to execution

· You will be part of the consulting teams to conduct assessments of client capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in team problem solving

· Providing guidance to the production teams to implement the defined solution architecture and integrations

· Contributing to new business growth & working on RFPs/RFIs

· Partnering with vendors and technology platforms to build and develop digital capabilities across the development hubs

· Support practice development and provide thought leadership internally & externally, along with mentoring junior consultants

Who you are:

· It is essential that you have a proven background within Consulting or Strategy plus industry experience in at least one of the following key areas, Technology, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Communication & Media or automobile industry

· Ability to lead technology conversations with Sr. Management (be an internal and external technology solutions evangelist) and be the technology voice of the solution

· Ability to wear multiple technology hats across systems integration, technology consulting and technology solution design and architecture

· Ability to effortlessly switch gears from summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners

· Good written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner

· Positively influencing and impacting decisions to ensure the best client experience or impact to stakeholders and projects

· Proven experience of delivering digital strategies & transformational change programmes in digital marketing

· Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience of communicating a vision, details and concepts with C level marketing and IT executives

Requirements, Technical Skills & Knowledge:

· Proven experience demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions

· Experience in an architect role designing technology architectures, workflows, best practices and governance guidelines

· Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google etc.,

· Solid understanding of DCO platforms, marketing automation tools, personalisation engines, CRM, DMP and CDPs

· Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components

· Assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority - not afraid to do what is best for team

· Experience working in a cross-cultural, diverse work environment
