Executive Search Consultant (Summer 2021)

Location: Leeds

Salary: £20,000 basic salary & an un-capped commission structure + company benefits.

We are still looking for soon-to-be graduates to join our team in Summer 2021! We are looking for young and enthusiastic graduates to come and join one of our rapidly growing businesses as an Executive Search Consultant. Role:

• Sales focused role.
• Initial training period providing you all the tools necessary to succeed in this role, your work and client relationships will become autonomous, with guidance and support from your manager throughout.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high level vacancies.
• Developing new business and looking after key customer relationships.
• Telephone based work as well as video conferences and face-to-face interaction with candidates and clients too as you build your long-term client relationships.
• Consulting clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive level staff.

Requirements:

• No previous recruitment or industry experience needed.
• Bachelor's degree needed (business degree is favourable).
• We want driven, confident individuals to fulfil a sales focused role.
• A positive and resilient mentality.
• The ability to work well in a team.
