Job Details

Tui is a small, well-established digital agency in London's Soho with a focus on producing simple and effective bespoke digital products and services for big-name clients.

We're looking for talented, enthusiastic and creative developers to create fast, easy to use web-apps, web-native apps and sites. You'll work directly with other developers, designers, project managers and clients, contribute to our culture and shape your own role and our approach to work.

Work is usually done in small teams, typically with one or two devs, a designer, and a Project Manager. There's variety in the clients and the work, with projects typically lasting between 4 weeks and 6 months. The agency is employee owned, meaning everyone gets to benefit in its successes.

Your experience doesn't need to be professional as long as it's demonstrable, although we'd expect 2+ years professional experience for this role. You should be fluent in English and have an interest in - and knowledge of - the technologies that support your work. That means practical experience using composer, Symfony, Doctrine 2, React or Vue.js, docker, and unit, functional or behavioural testing.

Salary is negotiable, based on skills and seniority, with a pension, and paid holiday increasing yearly. We have a very flat hierarchy with no layers of management, no silos, and no bullshit. COVID has all of us working remotely, and remote work is here to stay, but we are looking for people who can regularly and easily commute to our Soho office. Our hours are flexible, and we'll support and encourage your development in your chosen field, other facets of agency work (design, UX, PM, etc), and personal interests.

Direct applicants only, no agencies. You must be available to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor work visas
