Job Details
Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, Testing, Jenkins all-important for a role as a DevOps Engineer, but you knew that, didn't you? I'm not going to tell you what a DevOps Engineers do because if you're reading this you probably already are one.
What I can describe is the opportunity and challenges that await you if you were to join us at Raytheon.
Cyber crime and threats are evolving across the globe. Raytheon is developing cutting-edge solutions to defeat these threats - and our engineers are at the heart of this vital work.
You'll join a high-performing and truly agile team of specialists drawn from diverse and interesting backgrounds. Working collaboratively and in conjunction with our partner organisations, you'll help to design, develop and maintain critical cyber applications and systems for government, law enforcement, and commercial customers.
The team strives to make software excellence the standard. You will be encouraged to develop and share software engineering best practices to continually improve as a team. With the support to develop your skills formally and informally through qualifications and on the job training.
Having tech skills are obviously important but equally so is your ability to communicate, empathise and customer focussed mindset to provide the highest level of service.
Interviews and onboarding new employees is all done remotely at the moment to ensure everyone stays safe.
