Our client is a well-established and successful property developer based in London and is recruiting for an Interim Group Reporting Manager for a 6 month contract. Our client is looking for an experienced and technically minded person who can take responsibility for the individual statutory company accounts of their various companies and the audit file preparation of each.
The Group Reporting Manager role is a hands role and will be responsible for the production of the company's consolidated accounts (circa 150 entities) for the year end audit. You will be involved in production of the financial statements, cashflows, and bank reconciliations. You will be using an excel model to collate the various financial information from both an internal reporting system as well as external partners who are responsible for the individual results of our joint venture entities. Therefore, it is important to have an understanding of consolidation of multiple entities and financial reporting practices.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Our client is seeking someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is prepared to be hands on. You will be astute with excel and confident working independently. You must be available within three weeks' notice.
The role is paying a basic salary of £80-100,000 and is based in London.
