Job Details

A brand new role with a blank slate to shape it as you see fit.

The start-up are heavily VC backed and building a portfolio of consumer brands, selling direct-to-consumer and through selected other eCommerce channels.

They want to build partnerships with a range of different businesses - technology platforms, agencies, events companies, brands they might collaborate with - and are looking for someone to build out their partnerships strategy.

The role will be heavily community focused - building & nurturing a group of like minded businesses / people and mutually beneficial relationships.

Prior experience we're looking for here can be fairly broad - what's important is client-facing skills, commercial nous, tenacity, willingness to fail fast & learn and a desire to work in a high-growth environment.

Ideally you'll have experience in a start-up / scale-up - being comfortable with a lack of process, able to iterate fast and deal with what can be a relentless pace of expansion will all stand you in good stead!
