OMD are looking for a Digital Media Planning & Buying Lead to join the growing in-house team on one of our key clients, a large multi-national FMCG. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering performance for our clients through advanced optimisation, audiences, testing and technology. The candidate is someone who can hit the ground running on delivering a range of campaigns across our client's portfolio.
The role spans planning and activation across paid social, YouTube and programmatic. We expect strong paid social experience with an opportunity to upskill across programmatic and YouTube via an extensive training programme. Programmatic experience will also of course be valued.
We are looking for someone who is keen to broaden their skillset across digital and become a true all-rounder. The role is perfect for an individual who is keen to make an impact from a strategic planning perspective across digital whilst also delivering best-in-class multi-channel campaign activation. Contributing to POVs on the importance of behavioural and human insights as well as on campaign performance whilst making recommendations to improve and on insights to leverage for future campaigns.
Working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your client's business objectives from digital performance activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of Paid Social with support where necessary from the Digital lead in the team.
The newly created in-house agency is sits in the client's Digital Centre of Excellence team, consisting of both a media and creative teams, allow for the creation of truly integrated digital media campaigns, for some of the world's most famous brands.
