Tech Lead (£75k 15% bonus)

Unique opportunity for a Tech Lead with experience of AWS to join an ecommerce start-up in Manchester city centre that have the backing of a FTSE 250 company, are in the early stages of their growth and have recently launched to the public with a full UK wide TV advertising campaign.

As a Tech Lead you'd become part of the founding team of the business and would be responsible for helping them scale the engineering department from 9 to 13 squads, playing a key role in shaping their culture, systems and overall approach to software engineering.

The existing group are very open minded, they work as integrated, multi-disciplinary agile teams who value diversity and teamwork over individual heroics so you'd be working alongside product, data and delivery professionals, as well as other software engineers that are passionate about using quality practices like TDD, Pair Programming and DevOps.

Tech:

• AWS (EC2, Lambdas etc.)
• .NET Core, TypeScript, Node, React
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

The money is good too - up to £75,000 plus company benefits including 15% bonus, pension and flexible working, including the option to continue working remotely regularly post Covid.
