We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Solutions Engineers to join the ASAPP Global Sales Team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to educate our prospects, conduct detailed discovery and demonstrate compelling solutions that will transform the way businesses interact with their customers. We are looking for passionate storytellers that excel at making the complex seem simple and who have an excellent grasp of how to drive transformation through people, process and technology.

What you'll do
    • Partner with Account Executives to educate enterprise stakeholders, define and demonstrate compelling solutions to achieve prospect business goals and meet technical requirements
    • Work with our partners to determine business value and capability requirements
    • Conduct, document, and manage research and discovery throughout the lifecycle and build process around their management
    • Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations that paint an art-of-the-possible and empower external champions
    • Design solutions and define KPIs with various functional teams within ASAPP and prospect stakeholders
    • Coordinate with ASAPP Customer Experience Managers, Technical Project Managers and Engineering to account for requirements, scope and schedule work, design implementation details, and manage questions or issues
    What you'll need
      • 8+ years of experience with solution oriented selling for enterprise contact center software
      • Ability to make the complex seem simple
      • Excellent presentation and demo skills for exhibiting both business-oriented solutions as well as technical concepts
      • Comfortable working directly with business partners, engineers, and executives to gather requirements, develop solutions, resolve questions or issues
      • Ability to strategically leverage and manage internal Subject Matter Experts for support during the sales cycle
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support technical partner conversations or to explain high level capabilities to a business partner
      What we'd like to see
        • Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams, Consultants, and System Integrators
        • Experience working with external IT teams for product integrations
        • Software engineering experience in any major language a plus (Java, C#, Python, C++, TypeScript, or similar)
        • Experience leading sales cycles, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of stakeholders
