Job Details

We're Hiring: Analytics, PPC, Paid Social and SEO Manager

We believe in doing what it takes to help our clients achieve their goals. Doing right by them and building long-lasting partnerships. We believe in working hard and having a great time doing it. We believe in flexibility - the flexibility of our team, their skills, working hours and working location.

We deliver digital marketing that works for our clients. We measure it obsessively and iterate our work so that it is always improving. We get stuck in. Everyone, no matter what their job title gets their hands dirty, but don't worry we have people with some particular skills to make sure that we are all supported with great design, coding, content etc. We are obsessive about detail. We all need to have a keen eye for detail and we don't walk past a problem; we fix it. We are a friendly lot too. We build long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues and find that makes our work more fun and more effective.

We are looking for a skilled digital marketer to join our team who shares our beliefs and has a passion for delivering great results for our clients. A T-shaped person who has deep expertise in one or more area of digital marketing; analytics, reporting, SEO, SEM, SMM, marketing automation and account based marketing. We're a growing business, so there is a lot of space to grow and shape the role to suit your passion.

Every day at webdna is different. You will be responsible for the campaigns for a number of our clients in very different sectors. You will be creating campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Twitter, you will be improving the SEO of our client sites, you will be creating emails that work, and you will be measuring your work via a range of different tools. You'll be hands-on with all elements of building campaigns, but don't worry if you are not a great designer or developer, we have some of those to help you.

Does that sound like you? Do you think you would fit right in?

We have an office in the Creative Quarter in Nottingham but, given how things are right now, you might not see it for some time. You will get to meet your colleagues via Slack and Google Meet to start with. That might seem daunting, but we have found the difficulties of COVID have brought us closer together. We look after each other, and we have each other's backs, we are a friendly lot who are there to support each other so, although it might be a long time until we meet face to face, you will have the support you need to make this role a success.

Salary & benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, flexible working, private medical healthcare, 28 days of holiday a year, plus bank holidays, and a 35-hour working week.

How to apply

If you think you might like to join our team, send us your C.V. and an email that explains:

  1. Why you think you would be a good fit at webdna.
  2. Tell us which career achievement you are most proud of.
  3. Send us an overview of a campaign that you have created showing its objectives, your planning, implementation, measurement and reporting
  4. Give us your view of where you think digital marketing is going and what the biggest challenges that marketers face right now.

Only applications that include a C.V. and answer at least one of the four questions will be considered for this role, but feel free to be creative in how you deliver your answers to us. We are looking forward to learning more about you.
