  • £600 - £650 per day

My client is a globally renown retail leisure giant. A business that is at the forefront of innovation, social awareness and environmental care.

You will be joining a global B2B Digital team to add true value to CX and multi-channel design influence.

This is the role in a nutshell:

- To lead and consult on the management and implementation of strategies for the Customer Journey.

- Be the voice and spokesperson for CX and share the knowledge and understanding of it's value.

- Lead training and deliver supporting material to drive change and evolution in CX.

- Lead and deliver (Qual and Quant) consumer/design research
