Opportunity for aspiring social entrepreneur: inaugural Chief Executive of the Plain Numbers Project.
The Plain Numbers Project has recently been launched by Mike Ellicock, founding Chief Executive of National Numeracy and Alison Plant, ex-KPMG Partner and former Director of National Numeracy Solutions. The first phase of the Project involves a series of trials in partnership with the Bank of England and firms in some of the key regulated markets - working with them to ensure that their communication of numbers and data is clear, fair and never misleading. In parallel with leading this first phase, Mike and Alison are keen to engage an aspiring social entrepreneur to become the inaugural Chief Executive of Plain Numbers in June/July 2021.
The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to build an outstanding social enterprise. They will combine social purpose with entrepreneurial drive and have a personal affinity with the issue. They will also combine strategic thinking with a willingness to do everything that needs to be done at the tactical level to build a successful and sustainable social enterprise. They will be resilient and credible with all stakeholders. They will add cognitive diversity to founding team - and look to build and lead a diverse team as the organisation grows. Finally, they will be confident, curious, kind and enthusiastic about life.
If this sounds like you then get in touch with Mike and Alison.
