Purchase to Pay (P2P) Senior Manager (EMEA)

£60,000 - £80,000 + excellent benefits

Morgan Philips are delighted to be partnering with our client, a now international success story that has growth their business both organically and via key acquisitions. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the leadership team within their EMEA finance shared service centre. The role requires a people lead who can both inspire the team and develop the function to support the business through further expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor the EMEA accounts payable function
• Overseeing the month-end close, ensuring a smooth process, where the team focus on the delivery accurate and timely report
• Implement and train on new policies, controls and procedures, ensuring the team are fully compliant
• Continuous improvement lead for the function
• Keeping up to speed on any changes to tax and VAT within EMEA
• Leading any AP integration projects for any potential further acquisitions or systems updates
• Working closely with the leadership team, finance and audit for AP updates

Previous Experience

• This is a critical hire for the business and being a high profile role we are seeking an exception individual with both international accounts payable experience and a successful track record in a leadership role
• We are seeking an ambitious and driven people person, who thrives at helping their team reach their full potential
• It is essential to have worked in a European or global business, with specific technical EMEA AP experience
• This is a fast paced environment, where being proactive and having the ability to influence at all level is key
• A problem solver; able to create customer focused operational solutions that improve operating efficiency
