SALARY: Dependent on experience

HOURS: Full-time or part time 0.8 WTE

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist or Case Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We currently have a vacancy for a Case Manager who can demonstrate experience in the treatment and management of clients with acquired brain injury and/or other complex conditions.

We are a dynamic and growing company who provide case management, rehabilitation and support services to children and adults across the north of England and Scotland. We help adults and children recover skills lost as a result of brain injury or other complex conditions, including spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, orthopaedic injuries and amputations.

Applicants should demonstrate:

· HCPC registration

· Ability to work with adults and/or children with complex needs

· Ability to undertake detailed clinical assessments

· Compassion and understanding of the needs of clients, families and carers

You will be provided with a car allowance and will work in the community. You will be home or office-based depending on your location, and will visit our head office in Penrith for meetings and training. We operate regional office bases to facilitate networking and communication.
