About the Role:
- Taking responsibility for the full CS function.
- Focus on Onboarding and Adoption, but experience in Upsell, Cross-sell and retention key.
- Strategic vision, with hands on aptitude required. An all encompassing role.
- Motivated to make a difference and help those most vulnerable in society.
- A proven Customer Success background, helping a start up grow and building a playbook.
- Previous management of direct reports, preferably of specialists across the CS function.
- You have been through the journey of growing and scaling a CS function.
- B2B or B2B2C Tech/SaaS background essential.
Salary - £70,000 - £120,000 + Shares
