My client is an impressive mid-market Private Equity fund that has a well established and high calibre team that have worked together for many years in the industry.

They are experiencing a period of high growth off the back of an extremely well capitalised recent fundraise and are subsequently looking to add a newly qualified account to the finance team.

The appointee will join an experienced CFO in a fund accounting role covering reporting, investor drawdowns and distributions, waterfall calculations and valuations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with no more than 2 years post qualified experience in practice. Experience in the audit of private equity / venture capital firms is desirable but those with experience of corporates audit will be considered.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and hold the relevant accounting qualifications.
