Grow Football is an innovative football start-up, introducing a completely unique data-led approach to performance analysis in real time from a mobile device. Grow allows players to build their skills through a variety of different drills, monitor and share their progress and improvement, and compete for unique prizes against their friends, peers and worldwide! Grow is fast, free, and fun.

We are looking for a talented iOS Developer to join our rapidly expanding team; refining the Grow Football UI/UX, integrating additional features, managing back-end services and the deployment of updates to the App Store.

Candidates must have demonstrable iOS development experience, with game or fitness application development desirable.

This role requires:
  • Demonstrable experience designing and building iOS applications using Swift
  • Demonstratable UI/UX design experience
  • Experience implementing/managing paid subscription models
  • Experience working with persistence stores (preferably RealmSwift)
  • Experience implementing third-party libraries
  • Experience in adherence to Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
  • Experience in submitting apps to the App Store and navigating App Store Connect
  • Knowledge of CocoaPods dependency management
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools - GitHub, BitBucket
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills

Stand-out candidates may also demonstrate:
  • Proficiency with integrating analytics tools and advertising tracking
  • Experience publishing their own iOS apps to the App Store
  • Experience with remote working and associated tools - Slack, Zoom, G Suite
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Sports science interest or industry experience
  • Experience with ASP.NET

The successful candidate will join a growing development team, based in Battersea, London, and be provided with all the tools required to succeed in this role.
