Position overview:

The Community Manager is a key part of our User Growth Department. Your role is to increase web traffic and brand awareness by driving users to create content for our website. You are responsible for creating user-generated content strategy, distributing content on the appropriate platforms, analysing performance data and develop long-term customer loyalty and engagement. This role will partner internally with Content Department.

Responsibilities:

· Build YesAuto's Facebook automotive user community from scratch

· Design content strategies and achieve annual goalsand targets

· Acquire new users with different approaches

· Buildand growthe social community to improve customer engagement and loyalty

· Create and manageonline and offline campaigns and events

· Improve userproductexperience with product team

· Establish incentive system for user community

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year work experience in online community management and online user engagement

· Minimum of 1 year work experience in media / social media operations

· Proven success in building online communities

· Must have good automotive knowledge and strong awareness of automotive trend

· Excellent level of speaking, reading and writing in English.

· Working proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus

· Ability to analyse web traffic metrics with Google Analytics

· Ability to use Photoshopand Premiere Pro for video / photo editing

· Experience in organising online and offline community campaigns

· Copywriting skill is a plus

· Excellent communication skills and a team player

· KPI driven, positive attitude with a can-do approach

· Creative and enthusiastic

· Numerate with good attention to detail

· A degree in Media/ Marketing / Digital Advertising is highly desired
