- Respond to the Unit4 helpdesk request, resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and create solutions and action plans for Unit4 system errors
- Document all U4BW issues accurately and concisely
- Design new solutions, modify, enhance, and adapt the Unit4 system and integrate new features or improvements in order to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the ongoing effective and reliable operation of all U4BW modules and interfaces
- Identify opportunities for U4BW service improvement
- Experience with U4BW financials and HR modules
- ITIL qualified desirable
- Supporting SQL server experience
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
- Experience with Unit4 Milestone 5 or above
- Experience in resolving U4BW technical issues
