Unit4 Support Specialist

An exciting new opportunity for a Unit4 Support Specialist has arisen. Here's your chance to join an integral part of the team with a large UK based organisation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the Unit4 helpdesk request, resolving system issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and create solutions and action plans for Unit4 system errors
• Document all U4BW issues accurately and concisely
• Design new solutions, modify, enhance, and adapt the Unit4 system and integrate new features or improvements in order to improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure the ongoing effective and reliable operation of all U4BW modules and interfaces
• Identify opportunities for U4BW service improvement

Skills

• Experience with U4BW financials and HR modules
• ITIL qualified desirable
• Supporting SQL server experience
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
• Experience with Unit4 Milestone 5 or above
• Experience in resolving U4BW technical issues
