Job Description:

One of Europe's leading Private Equity Funds is looking to expand their Finance and Administration team to facilitate future growth. The current team is very collaborative and high calibre. The ideal person will be a qualified Tax professional who has demonstratable experience within the fund's industry..

Responsibilities will include:

  • Tax Compliance across the Funds and Advisory Group
  • Manage and support on pan European corporate tax compliance with a focus on UK/Luxembourg and providing technical support on complex and new tax matters (e.g. ATAD I/ATAD II)
  • Investor Tax Reporting - Alongside the Tax Director and take day to day responsibility for the management and delivery of the following reporting, supported by the UK and Luxembourg Finance teams:
  • US K-1 annual compliance
  • German annual tax reporting
  • Tax reporting in Sweden, Norway & Denmark
  • Advisory Group Taxation
  • Fund Taxation & Transactional Support
  • Supporting the Tax Director and investment teams on the acquisition structuring and divestment of Fund assets through Luxembourg
  • Working closely with the Finance team in Luxembourg to support on various partnership and transaction tax matters including:
  • Compliance with various reporting directives including DAC 6 and CBCR
  • Other general Tax Support


Requirements:

  • A recognised accounting/tax qualification
  • A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, positive and outgoing in nature
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Financially literate and analytical, and detail orientated
  • Ability and drive to work independently, whilst being an integral part of the Tax and wider F&A team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Service oriented and diligent
  • Verifiable project management experience
