Job Details
Investment Bank requires a strong C++ developer with production experience of C++ v14 to provide the development & design solutions for the derivatives model integration team. Candidates will have experience with windows / Linux / Unix development, experience & appreciation of test driven development and continuous integration. Strong object orientated experience & experience with scripting languages either Ruby, Python & or bash is required. SQL experience ideally SybaseSource control systems : SVN/git. Knowledge of the Derivatives business preferable.
Experience with any of the following is beneficial but not essential; Java, C#, multithreading, general understanding of network protocols, Grid computing / distributed calculation experience e.g PlatformSymphony, distributed memory cache e.g Redis, MemCache, Coherence, Cloud experience, Terraform or IAC.
Working as C++ developer on a pricing risk system you will work closely with the business to gather requirements, design your solutions and implement them. This bank has a reputation of being an excellent place to work with a great work / life balance.
