Job Details

The RoleAt Charlotte Tilbury, we want to offer the very best to our customers. We already have a range of amazing products. Now, we want to do the same with our service. You will be joining a fast-growing Data Science Team as a Data Analyst, focusing on Ecommerce and Social Listening analysis. You will work closely with our Digital team to help us understand how our customers are behaving online, as well as owning our Sprinklr dashboards in order to evangelise the use of social data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our social listening data platforms and work with key internal teams to translate that data into actionable insights
  • Analyse online data to recommend improvements to the customer experience
  • Deep-dive into customer behaviour data to unearth useful insights to help answer wider business performance questions and drive customer retention
  • Support existing and implement new commercial reporting for Digital, Ecommerce Trade and Loyalty teams
  • Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements from key stakeholders
  • Build out dashboards to help the business with automated reporting for their functions
  • Host training sessions to help teams use dashboards built across our BI platforms
  • Work directly with Engineers to automate insights and build out reporting dashboards
  • Respond to general ad hoc data requests
  • Learn new skills and apply them


RequirementsWith the help of our Lead Customer Insight Analyst, you will be the go-to person for the business to understand all data related to our Ecommerce platforms.
  • Proven experience working with Ecommerce data and Customer data
  • Proven experience working with social listening tools and platforms such as Sprinklr/Brandwatch
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a technical role with non-technical teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel
  • Intermediate SQL - ability to write queries and interrogate data
  • Previous experience with dashboarding platforms such as Looker/Tableau
  • Previous experience with Customer Segmentation
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Significant Experience with Google Analytics
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, both technical and business level
