A fast-growing consultancy are looking to bring in a team leader to head up their established and growing Data Protection & Privacy consulting practice. This position will see you define the growth strategy of the team, along with the service offering. You will play a leading role in providing cutting-edge expertise to a range of clients, from public sector to multi-national organisations, regarding their GDPR compliance programmes.



Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of privacy/data protection issues
• Represent the business at public events, further promoting awareness of the brand, and publish content/though-leadership pieces
• Manage the existing team of Privacy Consultants, taking responsibility for their development and day-to-day delivery on projects
• Identify additional service capabilities by staying on top of ongoing market trends

Requirements

• An extensive practical background in data protection/privacy
• An existing public profile in the data protection community (ideally you will have spoken at public events before, or published content/thought-leadership pieces)
• Demonstrable leadership/management capabilities
• Strong relationship building skills (both internally and externally)
