As Technical Support Executive, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients on all support related queries.
- Gather information to really understand the client's problems.
- Analyse the problem to try and identify the root cause of the issue.
- Solving issues yourself or involving technical colleagues on complex issues.
- Keeping the client updated on progress and solutions.
- Conducting client training calls.
As Technical Support Executive, you'll need:
- Prior experience in a First Line Technical Support role within a SaaS / tech company.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask question to understand a client's problem.
- An inquisitive nature, you'll be someone who likes to get to the root of a problem.
- To be a natural problem solver, ultimately that's the core of this role.
- To work well as part of a team but also on your own.
- Ideally experience conducting customer training calls.
