Job Details

DescriptionAs a Technical Writer at Fluidic Analytics you will support the Strategic Marketing team in producing technical documents that spotlight Fluidic Analytics innovative technology; whilst ensuring scientific accuracy, credibility and suitability to the target audience. Responsibilities and duties will include:
  • Work effectively with others across the business to research and build knowledge about Fluidic Analytics' technology, products, services and applications, and transfer this knowledge into easy-to-understand workflows, protocols and processes addressing the relevant audiences
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions and communicate complex technical information with clarity
  • Create product manuals, user guides, IFUs, instrument and kit manuals and troubleshooting guides and ensure all materials meet quality and regulatory requirements
  • Edit and revise materials and frequently-asked-questions as required
  • Ensure a consistent and authentic brand voice and standardization across the breadth of materials
  • Work closely with Customer Support to collect user feedback to use as a tool to update and improve content
  • Collaborate with others across the business to ensure finished documents meet all product requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of producing technical content within the field of life science or biotechnology
  • Proven portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of work produced
  • A self-starter mindset - ideally experienced in a stand-alone role or small team environment
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent use of language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Alignment with the company values and guiding principles


To be successful in this role, you do not necessarily need to be located close to our offices. We also welcome applications from qualified and experienced candidates who require remote working.
