Job Details

We're looking for exceptional Account Managers to own and manage portfolios of existing customers. This includes ensuring our customers are getting value out of SeedLegals products, and managing them successfully through their startup growth. You will work with customers to understand their funding and business plans and develop a SeedLegals product adoption roadmap which will enable them to accomplish their desired funding outcomes.

For this role you should be able demonstrate knowledge in some of the following areas
  • Early to growth stage fundraising methodology
  • Startup journey
  • Sales processes / methodologies

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales related experience
  • You have a track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships
  • You are excited by the opportunity to interact with startup founders every day
  • Strong customer success skills and demonstrated ability to work through difficult conversations to preserve relationships
  • Proven ability to establish and optimise operational processes related to customer account management
  • Excellent communication, listening, facilitation, and negotiating skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Drive revenue from your dedicate client accounts to achieve targets
  • Own and manage a portfolio of over 100 start ups
  • Build exceptional relationships with your clients, which allow for regular selling opportunities
  • Identifying key triggers to cross sell various products to your clients based on their specific needs
  • Create a regular and recurring revenue stream from your clients through educating them of the benefits of our product portfolio
  • Establish and optimise operational processes related to customer account management
