Senior Digital Marketing Manager


£45,000 - £50,000

We are working with a great British Tech business operating in the property space. After being acquired by one of the most accomplished tech investors in both the US and UK, this business is investing to grow in a serious way. The brand is looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Manager into its high-calibre team in London.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will manage and execute marketing strategies with a goal of driving acquisition by lifting conversion rates, driving marketing qualified leads and growing revenue. They will also design, manage and implement always-on and campaign strategies across multiple channels to understand their levers, driving key KPIs.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with the wider marketing team to generate data-focused hypotheses by meticulously and methodically testing channels, tactics, and creative to improve marketing performance. They will also ensure a close partnership with the sales teams to ensure we are driving quality inbound leads and delivering against targets. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager also manages and develops all agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will have strong digital acquisition experience and would have ideally worked in a tech SME brand. B2B experience would be a bonus but not essential.

My client offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits such as a fully flexible home/office environment, flexible hours, private healthcare, gym membership, performance bonus and more!
