An established IT Managed Services provider who have been operating in the IT Consultancy industry for over 26 years are experiencing exponential growth as a result of increased demand from their existing and new clients due to the pandemic as a result they are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Service support desk.

The ideal candidate would be a self-driven 3rd line Infrastructure Engineer with infinity to pick up and work with new technologies looking to fast track their career with a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Be the last line of escalation for escalations from line engineers & professional services consultants
• Troubleshooting 3rd Line escalations
• Allocating escalation tickets to respective engineers on the Support Desk
• Act as a Mentor to 1st & 2nd Line support Engineers
• Conduct pre-contract audits both on site & remote
• Provide 3rd Line Support to company's internal infrastructure
• Managing customer relationships & Developing Key Accounts
