James Adams is recruiting for a fast-growing technology business in the Midlands. Our customer is looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to join their growing client services team and help manage some of their key clients across the West Midlands & East Midlands, and the North West.
Our customer specialises in building award-winning bespoke websites and digital products for some of the world's best-known brands. So this is an opportunity for an account manager to join a business that is serious about building a great digital user experience and has a track record of producing high performing and award-winning websites.
This role is focused on retaining existing customers and optimising customer spend with the business.
You'll be working remotely to start with but ideally, they'd like you in the office 2 days a week as you'll be helping to manage an Account Executive who will deal with day to day account needs. You will be expected to be out of the office 1 day a week (When things get back to normal) meeting with one of your assigned customers.
You will be the link between the customer and the business's development, design, and digital marketing teams.

- Have experience working in client services managing customers as a service provider.
- Have experience in helping clients/customers get the best out of their digital marketing, web design, or web development budgets.
- Experience face-to-face business meetings with customers across a wide variety of industries.
- Experience in working in a high pace and service driven environment.
