We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the ranks of a leading eCRM agency who are part of a wider networked agency. Their search for a new SAM is based on two new accounts coming into the business and the right candidate will work across both.
Both accounts will involve considerably upgrading the clients' eCRM operation as part of wider digital transformations and so you will have experience in an eCRM environment and will be comfortable taking clients on a journey. You understand the nuances of customer loyalty programmes and the effect of solid data segmentation and you can explain this to clients. You will be comfortable in a creative environment, as well as a data driven one, and will enjoy being part of fast turnaround executional work, alongside strategic work.
You may come from a BTL agency background, from brand side or elsewhere but you will understand that all important agency - client dynamic and will be able to spot opportunities to grow an account, develop external client relationships and have razor sharp eye for detail.
