Job Details

You will be part of a team launching a new digital brand driving New Era Healthcare. We are seeking to build a community of global clients. There will be an online store, and a digital user experience.

This is a unique opportunity to be working alongside industry thought leaders in a futuristic centre that is at the cutting edge of driving preventative and personalised medicine forwards, with access to the latest modalities and a global clientele.

You will be an important member of the Marketing and BD team as it is a unifying role to ensure we are creating, activating and capturing potential digital opportunities, which are communicated, scheduled and managed efficiently.

We are building out a digital presence or an online community, web store and remote user experience to scale this new era healthcare we are proud to be driving. We are creating a new brand TBA.

You will be part of a strong marketing team.

Reporting into: CGO & Head of Brand

Key Responsibilities include: (not limited to):

Monthly Content Planning

· Liaise with marketing team to create monthly plan for social media (what's on in the clinic, new treatments, interviews, scientific journals released, etc)

· Weekly check in with marketing team for any ad hoc additions required

· Discussion of proposed social media plan with marketing team, update and sign off

Social Media Planning & Management

· Bring content plan to life on social media

· Build 25 - 30 post grid for April (Instagram / Facebook)

· Build any graphics needed using Canva templates

· Outreach to nutritionists to populate content strategy / graphics in line with pre-agreed monthly plan

· Create additional branded assets where necessary, including creative experiment

· Instagram story planning, design and development

· Copy development for all copy posts

· Sign off all with marketing team

· Daily posting

· Daily community management inc. re pinning stories & DM management

· 1 x feedback email end of month with Canva report/ Sprout Social of growth so far / lessons learnt from month previous

Email Marketing

· Development of 1 x email marketing send out each month - featuring what is on in clinic / news / reviews / interviews

· Draft and design emails

· Execute send out

Blog Development

· Work with senior team to agree SEO hot topics

· Create blog posts and content according to high level themes set by marketing team and agreed in monthly content plan

Content Creation

· On the ground content creation - Instagram stories, document treatments, procedures, Q&A with Dr E

Monthly Competitor Review

· Review of other brands newsletters & social media presences each month

· Review most engaging content

· Report back to senior team

Website Support

· Uploading additional / new products onto the store, with support and direction from the senior team

· Content uploads

Influencer Management

· Senior team to give shortlist of target influencers

· Consistently engage with them on social media and start conversations

· Report back to marketing team on any interested in working with HUM2N

Brand Partnership Management

· Senior team to give shortlist of target brands in surrounding area

· To propose additional brands

· Execute B:B strategy tasks on social media channels

· Identify key stakeholders in like-minded businesses

· Invite them down to to meet Dr E and discuss partnership

· Report back to marketing team on any interested in working with HUM2N

Growth Marketing
  • Effectively use SaaS tools to support lead funnels + automations
  • Active outreach to potential leads in line with growth strategy


Monthly Reporting

· Create and/or review team analytics to give a channel recap report & present to the team - 1 x month

· Identify key successes / learnings / findings from social media activity, email activity, blog performance, influencer engagement, etc

Training will be provided for onboarding into using the systems we use, expectations of competence in tools needed to deliver the above.

Performance measures/Objectives TBA:
  • Efficient management of social media platforms in order to drive followers, engagement and revenue
  • Lead activation and revenue generation though connecting with clients, content creators and affiliates
  • Community engagement on website and digital platforms, including email marketing campaigns
  • Revenue through marketing activities
