Digital Gurus have partnered with a rapidly growing start-up to find a head of engineering for their team.

This role will involve architecting several enterprise scale end-to-end projects for the a client facing team.

You will be joining a business whose team is constantly growing and has secured significant funding over the past 18 months.

As the head of engineering, you will work closely alongside the CEO and CTO on the companies technical strategy whilst also overseeing significant team growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing highly skilled technical teams who have worked on complex cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of how to help grow scale-up organisations.
• Development background - an understanding of C#/.NET/Azure
• Flexibility and resilience - the team and the business offering is new and ever changing, you need to be able to push to keep this going.
