Autumnal partners are currently recruiting on behalf of leading Pan-European Private Equity fund manager. The business currently has in excess of £15bn of assets under management and focuses primarily on european buyouts.

The role represents an excellent opportunity to join a growing fund manager which is embarking on a number of new projects and growing at pace. The business sees the appointment as part of the continued long-term development of their infrastructure and you will be an integral member of the team (currently 5).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation, ownership and tracking of annual/quarterly/monthly/ weekly IR processes flow tracker
  • Co-ordination with Finance and Legal/Compliance on LP reporting obligations
  • LP Sideletter adherence
  • Investor classification & verification / Salesforce integration
  • Review / management of quarterly reporting as needed; support on GP letter, portfolio company summaries, valuations review / input, process management
  • Responding to ad-hoc investor requests and Fundraising Due diligence questionnaires
  • Preparation and oversight of key fundraising materials
  • Preparing and review of the IR Pitchbook / LP Presentations
  • Working closely with the Finance team on presentation of track record information
  • Prospects Newsletter drafting, and preparation of backup content
  • Management of selected junior team members


Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience (c5-8 years) in an investor relations for an alternative investment fund manager (ideally Private Equity)
  • Strong intellect; analytically-minded
  • Good interpersonal skills - versatile style; good listener; patient
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communicator, both orally and in written materials
  • Highly numerate; able to manipulate data and produce sound analysis
  • Accounting or finance qualification preferred and experience of fund accounting beneficial
