HUBX is a London based, venture backed fintech with investors including the London Stock Exchange and Barclays Ventures and is regulated by the FCA. HUBX's vision is to be the default digitisation platform for the private capital raising market. HUBX solutions simplify the capital raising process end-to-end for early-stage founders, financial advisors, accelerators and large enterprise customers.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver exceptional execution of all digital marketing activities to support our growth objectives. As the go-to person responsible for how potential customers first engage with HUBX, it's an extremely important role. A key member of the commercial team, you'll be responsible for working closely with Product and Sales to ensure the right message reaches the right audience with the most impact and in the most cost-effective way. The Digital Marketing Specialist will constantly strive to find new and innovative ways to reach our target audience and create cut-through communications that attract and convert.

  • Create, execute and optimise all digital campaigns and marketing lead generation activities across all channels to achieve growth targets
  • Manage the allocation of digital marketing budget per channel, report on key performance KPIs incl CPL and CPA and ensuring costs stay within budget
  • Support direct and indirect sales teams by providing high-quality customer facing collateral and other digital materials to support customer acquisition
  • Create high quality marketing assets including customer newsletters, social media adverts, news and blogs, tweets, e-books and product sales literature customer facing documentation and resources to support all stages of the customer acquisition cycle
  • Create and optimise customer newsletters and regular communication to maximise customer engagement and awareness
  • Manage SEO to ensure HUBX ranks consistently high in organic search results and share of keyword traffic
  • Program, monitor and optimise visitor chat interaction using Drift on the HUBX website
  • Manage a programme of communication closely linked with new products and feature updates, with new and existing customers to maximise acquisition and service adoption
  • Support all PR activities, working with external agencies to maximise reach and impact
  • Create and publish website updates
  • Deliver a consistent tone and persona in all communications and media to ensure a consistent, on-brand approach that inspires and delights potential and existing customers
  • Optimise website journeys and sales funnel conversion
  • Provide data and insights to the rest of the business to improve the product offering and increase attraction of new customers


Requirements
  • Passionate about marketing with an excellent understanding of how marketing strategy & technology can be utilized to drive exceptional results
  • Uses data to drive decision making, is flexible and adaptable, constantly seeking to improve
  • Understands the B2B marketing lifecycle and cadence for SMB and enterprise
  • Strong understanding of common B2B marketing tech tools incl Drift, HubSpot Marketing, Lead Feeder, PipeDrive, Google: Analytics/DataStudio/Adwords
  • Experienced in SEO and understands how to optimise domain authority
  • Experience running digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and other major channels
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple functions, to articulate and deliver on requirements and negotiate solutions in timely manner
  • Fast learner and easily able to adapt new to new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English primarily)
  • Has a basic knowledge of and interest in the importance of capital raising
  • Comfortable presenting one-on-one or in small groups, in person and online
  • Proficient using Office365 and online meeting tools (MS Teams/Slack)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience within a B2B SaaS or FinTech company in either digital marketing and/or product marketing roles
